We have contracts with Regence, Premera, First Choice Health, and Medicare. We do not have a contract with state insurance.
There is also an option to pay cash and submit your “superbill,” receipt to your insurance company to be reimbursed.
We accept cash, check, credit cards, health savings account, and flexible spending account.
